We start by discussing your current situation and the objectives you're aiming for. From there, we'll explore how I can support you in achieving those goals. If my coaching approach resonates with you, we can then outline the next steps to take together.
Remember, this coaching process is collaborative. You're in charge of setting your goals and choosing the direction you want to take. My role is to provide guidance and support, utilizing my expertise to help you reach your desired outcomes
Have you found yourself reacting out of proportion to an event? Someone cuts you off and instead of irritation there is an overwhelming reaction of anger? Almost as if there was a chain reaction of every time that has happened before? Learn why that happens and how to be more empowered in the moment to react appropriately.
Have anxiety about a specific event in the future? Learn how to focus on what you want and put your best effort forward in any situation.
Program Includes:
(1) 90 minute session
Using NLP to help you find and understand the main problem that's affecting an area of your life. This is the core issue that other problems are connected to. To address and resolve this, I use a method called Mental and Emotional Release (MER), which has been researched and proven to get rid of these core issues.
Additionally, we'll help you figure out what truly matters to you in the area of your life you're looking to improve. We'll use your personal values to guide you in setting and achieving your goals. After our sessions, you'll have a clear sense of direction and know exactly what steps to take next.
The goal setting includes: envisioning who you want to be in the future, what actions do you need to take to get there and what milestones do you need to make sure you're on track.
Program Includes:
(1) 6-8 hour Breakthrough Session
(4) Weekly Follow up goal setting sessions.
Everything in Breakthrough Session and Goal Setting is included.

(1) 6-8 hour Breakthrough Session
(12) Weekly sessions. Included will be in-depth goal setting and action planning. After the goal setting the additional sessions will be used to maintain accountability for your goals and work on building better habits.
